Join our corporate Product Compliance team as a Product Compliance Data Analyst. This role is the key point of contact for product compliance data and is responsible for all compliance-centric data creation, data processes, data process improvements, data accuracy and creating operating procedures supporting the Product Compliance Department.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Analyzes all products and/or components to ensure regulatory compliance
• Participates in process improvement activities to identify and correct all data issues to insure accuracy
• Maintains all third-party certification files and records
• Creates, manages and measures data for product compliance metrics
• Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders and fulfills data needs
• Responds quickly to requests for data analysis
• Manages and maintains changes to compliance reporting processes to insure compliance integrity
• Keeps abreast of plumbing industry standards and legislation and applies knowledge of plumbing codes & standards to process internal and external requests
• Maintains department budget regarding certification fees, annual renewal fees, audits, testing etc.

Education and Experience/Skills:
B.S. in a business or engineering related field preferred, and 2-4 or more years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with product data management highly desirable. Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel is required due to the responsibility to manipulate large quantities of data. Experience with manufacturing operations systems (SAP or JDE) highly beneficial. Knowledge and application of basic problem-solving skills needed for successful execution of the role. Incumbent must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as customers. This role must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple, often competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be organized and process driven. Occasional travel, up to 10%, is required to manufacturing sites, third party certifiers, or association meetings, which could include some international travel.
