Job Description

Delta Faucet has an exciting opportunity for a product marketing professional to join our Indianapolis corporate marketing team. The Associate Product Manager – International / Parts has dual responsibility to develop and execute the International product category as well as to manage Delta’s trade and retail replacement parts business.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manage the International and Repair Parts product lines, balancing between new product creation, expansion, obsolescence, cost reductions and pricing for established product lines
  • Understand the changing competitive landscape through continual market analysis
  • Work closely with International Sales and Marketing to execute product strategies and provide technical support for various strategic International markets
  • Execute the tactical launch and lifecycle of all Internationally focused products
  • Provide setup & maintenance direction on replacements parts for trade and retail customers
  • Support Delta Commercial business by liaising with Masco Canada product management


The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in a business or engineering-related field (advanced degree (MBA) desirable) and 2 or more years of practical marketing/product development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. International experience in launching products and channels are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required. Successful candidate will possess demonstrated project management skills, highly developed communication skills and solid Int’l market understanding. This candidate must have demonstrated the ability to work independently and purposefully in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight. Must be able to excel in a team environment and have a basic understanding of International, Trade and/or Retail sales and marketing strategies. Speaking Spanish, Mandarin or another applicable second language is desirable but not required. Travel expectations up to 10%.
