Job Description

The Marketing Manager helps inform strategic direction and execution for Brizo brand and channel initiatives to help drive brand awareness, preference and sales in the premium/luxury marketplace. This role will impact customer and consumer touch points, including the annual price book, website, design files and product imagery. This role will also lead the new product launch process and will share in presenting the brand story during a variety of customer events.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Price Book Development & Fulfillment: Work with Product Team, Data Management, Graphics and Brand team to develop annual price book, reflective of upcoming price changes, new product launches, and obsolescence. Evaluate and implement design changes as necessary to ensure easy use by our customer base. Coordinate print production to ensure field distribution prior to effective date. Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained with fulfillment partner.
  • Website: Work with Product Marketing, Data Management, IS, and e-Business teams to ensure all product information/assets are displaying correctly and as intended. Identify, prioritize and implement enhancements to ensure consistent improvement to the user experience.
  • Design Files: Work with Product Marketing, Engineering and outside vendor to develop design files for all new products across all relevant file formats (e.g., AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, SketchUp). Work with Data Management teams to ensure files are loaded into the product information system in a timely and accurate manner. Identify improved merchandising opportunities within owned and third-party channels to ensure designers have quick and easy access to our entire library of files.
  • On-white Imagery: Work with Product Marketing, Engineering and outside vendor to develop on-white image files for all new products. Work with Data Management teams to ensure files are loaded into the product information system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • NPD Launch Lead: Lead a cross-functional team in the development of all necessary marketing elements to support our new product launches. Develop timelines, conduct weekly status meetings and meeting individually as needed to ensure tasks are moving as necessary to ensure on-time launches.
  • Customer Presentations: Present the Brizo brand story during a variety of customer events, from intimate Discover events to large showroom events.

Education and Experience/Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field and 5-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess highly developed communication skills, both oral and written, to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence at all levels of the organization. The ability to effectively manage budgets, timelines and multiple vendors is required for successful execution of this position. Previous experience with STEP or similar product information system preferred. Previous experience with Jahia or other website content management system desirable.
