Delta Faucet Company has an outstanding opportunity for a strategic-minded individual to lead our eBusiness Capabilities team. The Director of eBusiness Capabilities is responsible to support strategy and growth within eBusiness by developing and executing on a vision for eBusiness channel capabilities. such as content creation, traffic acquisition, channel analytics, policy enforcement, campaign coordination, product needs and ratings/reviews. In addition, this position also oversees the implementation of the Delta Faucet Company website and digital roadmap.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Lead and coach a diverse team consisting of direct reports and dotted line employees to deliver on the wide range of objectives.
  • Demonstrate high level of flexibility and expansiveness in thought process to develop and drive future investments and focus on appropriate capability development.
  • Oversee and/or project manage the development of key channel capabilities required to deliver on the department strategy.
  • Drive a multi-year plan for DFC websites, working with brand, customer solutions and IS teams, to stabilize, enhance and eventually become best in class from a technology and user experience perspective.
  • Develop and execute a broad digital roadmap focused on CRM, Website and Technology architecture by aligning with several functional areas.
  • Is key contributor to the eBusiness long range planning (LRP) process.
  • Act as primary eBusiness contact for cross-functional liaisons within DFC and for other Masco sister company eBusiness teams.

Education and Experience/Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business or Marketing related field with 7+ years of related marketing or dot com experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA is preferred. Must be able to analyze and interpret data from various sources and apply to business needs as well as understand digital trends and consumer behavior. This person must be highly collaborative, focused on building relationships and a strategic thinker, along with being analytical, have a good knowledge of systems and be process driven. She/he should have the ability to apply resources to drive results against business objectives. This person must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization as well as with customers. This role must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment and be able to prioritize multiple, often competing priorities. Ability to drive loyalty within the team and informal influence other functional areas to drive an aligned approach is key.
