Operators are required to have good verbal and written communication skills. Operators may work in high performance team environment while others work independently to obtain company goal. Operators are expected to follow one-piece flow except at designated work centers. They are also required to read and follow standard work.

  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
  • Detect and report defective materials or equipment issues
  • Follow all safety processes and procedures
  • Meet delivery target
  • Reduce cost while continuing to produce quality items
  • Produce parts to standard.
