Job Description

Delta Faucet Company has an outstanding opportunity for a strategic digital marketer to join our growing eBusiness team. The Website Experience Marketing Manager will help evolve and lead Delta Faucet Company’s digital marketing presence including the leadership and execution of websites, website content, mobile, CRM/email activities, acquisition marketing campaigns, and strategic usage of apps and marketing technology systems.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop a long term digital roadmap; ensuring alignment with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Lead website strategy, design, site aesthetics and functionality optimization for DFC
  • Provide direction and oversite to analytics and digital specialist team
  • Partner with brand team, e-business leadership team, Customer Solutions, Sales team, I/S, global teams, and external partners to design and develop innovative web experiences that elevate and advance our digital presence
  • Establish KPIs to manage performance and communicate results/value to team; utilize web analytics partners to track site performance and prepare recommendations and updates with goal of optimizing experience and education of broader organization
  • Partner with brand team, to develop and execute a CRM strategy that drives high value engagement
  • Collaborate with brand and channel teams to oversee company-wide e-marketing plans and execution in conjunction with brand and channel objectives
  • Set priorities, direction, prepare progress reports, and provide feedback to ensure accountability, coordination, and timely execution of all sales and marketing technology initiatives
  • Manage internal and external resources (including budgets) for websites, apps and marketing/sales technology
  • Collaborate with the IS and Product Data teams to drive ongoing management of the content management systems and product information system.
  • Establish an acquisition marketing strategy, pivoting as necessary to optimize performance
  • Work closely with eBusiness Team to manage internet policies, partner with key internet customers, and support our brand and company objectives via the internet channel
  • Manage and forecast interactive marketing budget
  • Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and innovation to continually evolve DFC’s digital approach
  • Lead a monthly cross functional report out of website metrics and performance, driving continual improvement and organizational alignment

Education and Experience/Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree in business, marketing or related field from a college or university with a minimum of 5 years of interactive marketing experience in a related industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. It is necessary that this individual possess a blend of digital expertise coupled with marketing background. Individual must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence at all levels of the organization. This person must possess a thorough and demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging interactive technologies. The ability to multi-task effectively while managing internal and external resources is required. This person must be highly collaborative and a strategic thinker and able to apply resources to drive results against business objectives.
